Lemon (Cheesecake) Tart

Tart Bottom:Oats, 0.5 cup Flour, whole grain, 0.5 cup Brown Sugar, 0.5 tsp packed Salt, 0.5 tsp Olive Oil, 1/3 cup Milk, 1%, 1 1/2 tbsp ----------------------------------------------------------Filling:Applesauce, Musselman's Home Style, 0.5 cup Egg, fresh, 2 small Brown Sugar, 1 cup, packed Lemon Juice, 8 tbspFlour, whole grain, 4 tspBaking Powder, 1 tsp
To make the tart bottom:
Working directly in a 9-inch plate, stir flour, oats, sugar and salt together with a fork. Drizzle oil and milk over the flour mixture and lightly toss with fingertips or a fork until crumbly.
With the back of a spoon, pat dough into the plate, taking care not to build up a thick layer in the corners. Press a floured fork onto the sides of the crust to crimp.
Cover and refrigerte for 30 minutes. Bake for about 15 minutes at medium heat taking care not to burn.
Notes:
* The crust can be prepared ahead and stored, covered, in the refrigerator for up to 2 days or in the freezer for up to 1 month.

To make the filing:
Mix ingredients for filling. Pour filling over baked crust and bake at 350 degrees F for 25 more minutes.
Cool and cut into 16 equal pieces.
