Cottage Cheese Applesauce Pancakes

Ingredients
Multi-grain pancake mix, cottage cheese, 1 large egg, 1 individual container of no sugar added applesauce (any flavor), cinnamon
Directions
Mix all items in a food processor. Makes 4 pancakes. Be sure to cook on LOW. Flip the pancakes when the batter is bubbling.

For a topping, I used the rest of the container of applesauce with some sugar free pancake syrup. I nuked it for 30 seconds and mixed it with a fork.
