1# boneless round steak, cut into 1/2-inch cubes1 can (14-1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained3 cups water2 medium potatoes, peeled & cubed2 medium onions, diced (may use less/to desired taste)3 celery ribs, sliced2 carrots, sliced3 beef bouillon cubes1/2 tsp. dried basil1/2 tsp. dried oregano1/2 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. pepper1-1/2 cups frozed mixed vegetables
In a slow cooker, combine the first 12 ingredients. Cover & cook on high for 6 hrs. Add vegetables; cover & cook on high 2 hrs. longer or until the meat & veggies are tender. Yield 8-10 servings (about 2-1/2 quarts)
