Chicken Meatballs with Gravy

Ingredients
1 pound ground chicken breast (no skin)1/2 cup finely chopped onion1 egg1/8 cup plain bread crumbsSalt and pepper to tasteI Packet Chickn Gravy (envelope seasoning)1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup Non-Stick cooking spray
Directions
Combine the ground chicken, onion, egg, bread crumbs and salt & pepper in a mixing bowl. Roll into 28 meatballs. Bake on lightly sprayed cookie sheet for 10-12 minutes (you don't want any pink but you also do want to overcook). While the meatballs are cooking, make chicken gravy in small saucepan. Once bubbly, add the can of Cream of Mushroom soup and combie. You can either Serve the meatballs and drizzle gravy to taste (1 serving of gravy is about 1/2 cup). Serve with chopped broccli, small baked potato or other veggie of choice.
