Crunchy Chicken & Veggie Pita Pocket

Ingredients
1/2 of a cooked chicken breast, diced1 medium Carrots, grated1/4 cup Zucchini, chopped1/2 oz Sunflower Seeds4 pita, small (4" dia) whole-wheat pita breads2 leaves Iceberg Lettuce 1/8 Chow Mein Noodles1 tbsp Hidden Valley Light Ranch Dressing
Directions
Toss together first 4 ingredients. Stir in ranch dressing. Cut pita breads in half. Line with lettuce. Fill each half with 1/4 of chicken mixture. Sprinkle with chow mein noodles.
