1/4 cup of Onions, raw, chopped 2 tbsp Hummus (any flavor)1 tsp Garlic powder1 tsp Celery Salt1 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tsp1 can Tuna, Canned in Water (needs to be a 100 calorie can)
Directions
Simply combine all of the ingredients together and enjoy alone, or with crackers or on a tortilla
