Easy Chicken Pasta with Zucchini and Feta

1 cup Rotini Pasta1 medium Zucchini, quartered lengthwise and cut into 1/4" wedges3/4 cup crumbled feta cheese2 tablespoons fresh oregano leaves or 2 tsps dried4 tsps extra virgin olive oil1 large chicken breast2 tablespoons light Italian Salad dressing
1. Marinate the chicken breast in the Italian dressing.
2. Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Drain and place in a serving bowl. Keep warm
3. Grill the chicken until cooked through - George Forman grill about 7 minutes.
4. Microwave the zucchini with 2 tablespoons of water for about 2 minutes on high - just until it starts loosing the white color. Drain and add to the pasta
5 Toss into the pasta the Feta Cheese, Oregano and olive oil until well mixed
6. Chop up the cooked chicken into cubes and add to the pasta
Makes 4 servings
