Ingredients
3 cans of Rotel Tomatoes (choose between mild, original, and hot in any combination to get your desired heat level)1 tsp Minced Garlic1 small Red OnionCilantro to taste (about 2 Tbs.)
Directions
Drain tomatoes
Add all ingredients to food processor or blender
Mix to desired consistency
Makes approximately 6 1/3-cup servings
