Ingredients
1/4 cup Egg Beaters1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp dry mustard1/4 tsp paprika1 tbsp white vinegar1 tbsp lemon juice1 cup salad oil - divided
Directions
Put all ingredients except 3/4 cup oil in blender & process at whip/mix. Remove feeder cap & pour in rest of oil in steady stream. Stop blender & use spatula to scrape sides of blender if necessary.

Yield: 1 1/2 cups

TIP: Double recipe & make it in the food processor.
