Ingredients
Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 24 ozOnions, raw, 100 gramsGreen Peppers (bell peppers), 100 gramsRoland Panko Bread Crumbs, 20 gramsKirkland Egg Starts, 0.25 cupParmesan Cheese, grated, 20 gramsspices to taste (oregano, basil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, etc)
Directions
Combine turkey, egg, bread crumbs and parmesan cheese in a bowl. Chop the onions and peppers fine and saute in pan until most of the moisture is removed. Add onions and peppers to meat mixture and add the spices you'd like. Combine ingredients until mixed. Portion out 8 burgers by weight. Cook on the stove, broiler or grill.
