Joanna's Gluten Free Chicken Meatballs

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs. ground chicken breasts ( I do this in my food processer)2 cloves minced or pressed garlic1 c. onions, finely chopped2 t. seasoning salt4 T. fresh basil, minced (1 T. dry)2 eggs, beaten lightly1/2 c. 1% milk1/3 c. certified GF oat flakes1/3 c. certified GF oat flour1/3 c. parmesan cheese1T. grapeseed oil
Directions
Put all ingredients together in a bowl and mix until well incorporated. Let sit for 10 minutes. Shape into balls and bake on a lightly greased foil lined cookie sheet at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes. Makes 36 meatballs

Use in any recipe requiring meatballs.
