Ingredients
1/2 cup soy milk1/2 cup water1/2 cup rolled oats2 dried figs, chopped1 tbsp ground flaxseeds1 tsp honey
Directions
Bring milk, water, and oats to a boil. Simmer and stir for 5 minutes. Add figs, flaxseeds, and honey.
Makes 1 serving.
