Fast and Easy Raw Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
12-16 Roma Tomatoes1/2 Red Pepper4-5 Sprigs Fresh Basil1/4 cup Olive Oil3 Carrots1/4 of an Onion (I use white, but red is good too)8 Cloves Garlic (adjust to taste!)6 T Nutritional Yeast (optional)salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Quarter tomatoes and blend in blender on low until smooth. Add sliced carrots, chopped red pepper, and onion, and continue to blend. Add remaining ingredients, blending until smooth. Note that nutritional yeast is optional, but adds protien and lots of B vitamins, and it tastes great!

That's it! Serve over grated yellow squash for a stove free summer dinner! Feel free to experiment and add your favorite veggies to this recipe!
