Wheat tortilla

Ingredients
* *Organic wholewheat flour, 225 gram(s) (remove) * Salt, 1 tsp (remove) * *Margarine, soft, 3 tsp (remove) * Water, tap, 120 grams (remove)
Directions
Mix the flour and salt, and add the margarine. Rub together until the mixture ressembles breadcrumbs. Add the water and knead brielfy to get a soft dough. Leave to rest for 15 minutes then divide into 14 balls which are to be rolled to 15cm disks.
Heat a heavy base pan on deium and cook each in turn for 1.5/2 min turning when the bottom has become lightly browned. Pile the prepared tortillas, coverig the pile with a clean towel whilst finishing the others.

Makes 14 x 15cm tortillas.
