Avocado, Tomato and Citrus Salad

Ingredients
2 large oranges1 pink grapefruit1 small avocado, halved, pitted, peeled, coarsely chopped1 tsp fresh lemon juice2 large plum tomatoes, seeded, coarsely chopped1 Tbsp chopped shallot1 Tbsp chopped fresh basil1 tsp minced garlic2 large radishes, thinly sliced
Directions

Using a sharp knife, cut off peel and white pith from oranges and grapefruit. Working over a bowl, cut between membranes to release segments. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to use or up to 4 hours.

Place avocado in large bowl. Add lemon juice and toss gently to coat. Add tomatoes, shallots, basil and garlic and toss gently. Season with salt and pepper.

Mound avocado salad in center of plates. Surround salad with citrus segments and radishes and serve.
