Ingredients
1 container of Spicy Hot V81 can of Rotel (tomatoes with green chilis)1 onion, chopped fine1 bell pepper, red or yellow, chopped fine1 english cucumber, diced1 to 2 Avocado's, peeled and diced1 bunch of fresh cilantrojuice of 2 limes
Directions
Add all ingredients together in a bowl; chill. Enjoy topped with baked tortilla chips (like Tostioes! Baked)
