Waldorf Salad 'Lite'

Ingredients
4 med apples3 4" long celery stocks20 grapes (approx)almonds (used 2 100 cal packs)6 oz fat free vanilla yogurt1/2 tbsp honey1 tsp nutmeg
Directions
chop apples & celery into bite size pieces
slice grapes in half
chop almonds
mix together in bowl with yogurt, honey & nutmeg
chill until ready to serve

makes approximately 8 servings

    Very good & I'm not a yogurt fan. Great to add to a meal without high sodium like many sides contain.
