Fish Tacos

Ingredients
2 tbsp vegetable oil1 tbsp lime juice (juice of 1/2 a lime)1 tsp chili powder1/2 tsp ground cumin1/2 tsp ground coriander1/2 tsp minced garlic6 oz mahi-mahi1 small KFC coleslaw or use homemade (about 1/2 cup)2 corn tortillas
Directions
1. Combine first 6 ingredients and coat the fish.
2. Divide fish into two 3 oz parts
3. It's best to use a grill but a pan can be used as well. The heat should be medium to medium high (or charcoals glowing red with ash). Grill on one side for 2 minutes, then turn over and cook for another 1 1/2 to 2 minutes.
4. Heat tortillas
5. Place fish in center of tortilla and place 1/2 of slaw mixture over fish.
6. Topping suggestions are pico de gallo, fresh salsa, sour cream or anything you like!
