Sugar Free Banana Bread

Ingredients
1c wheat flour0.5 c all purpose flour1.25 tsp baking powder0.5 tsp baking soda0.5 tsp ground cinnamondash ground nutmeg1/8 tsp vanilla2 slightly beaten egg whites2 medium bananas mashed1/4 c. canola oil3/4 c. splenda, granulated
Directions
Stir together dry ingredients in med. bowl. In large bowl, stir together wet ingredients with splenda; then add dry ingredients and stir til moist.

Spray loaf pan with non stick spray. Put batter in pan. Bake at 350F about 45 min.
