Blueberry Gems (Mini Muffins)

Ingredients
3 c. Flour1/2 c. splenda granulated3 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt4 egg whites1.33 c. OJ4 TBSP canola Oil2 tsp vanilla extractpint of fresh blueberries
Directions
In med. bowl combine dry ingredients. In sm. bowl combine wet ingredients. Fold wet into dry & stir til moist.
Spray mini muffin cups with nonstick spray. Fill cups full. Bake at 400 F about 17 mins.
