Cauliflower & Leek Soup with leftover Roast Chicken

leftover Roast Chicken1 Carrot, chopped1 Leek, sliced.lots of CauliflowerBroccoli1 small Onion, chopped1 cup Celery, chopped1/2 cup Peppers, chopped
Directions
Do everything as usual, (cook leeks with onions and celery) and add chicken once the veggies have been pureed. Can reheat the chicken by frying it slightly with some oinion and celery, or just alone..
