layer the incredients starting with the soups and parmesean cheese.cooks at 350 for about 1 hours400 grams of cut up turkey breast2 cans of low fat cream of mushroom soup (you can substitute one can of chicken broth if you wish)1 cup of parmesean cheese1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese1 container of 1 % cottage cheese1 cup of light sour cream 12 lasagna noodles (oven ready)1 medium onion chopped small 2 tbsp basil2 tbsp garlic (or less if you wish)
mix the soup, sour cream and cottage cheese together with the basil and the parmeasean cheese and onion and garlic.
and then add the chopped turkey.
layer the mixture, then 1/2 the chedder cheese than the noodles. Then another layer and finish with the noodles and the mozza on top.
cook at 350 for approximately 1 hour or until the top is nicely brown.
