Ingredients
one Bag Ore Ida frozen hash brown potatoesOne Cup reduced fat sour creamOne can Cream of Potato soup Three TLBS margarine/butter (melted)1-1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Mix together sour cream, soup, melted butter and cheese in bowl. Set aside.

Break apart frozen potato squares in bag and place into 13x9" pan. Mix in cheddar mixture with potatoes.

After mixed, bake in oven for 45-60 minutes at 400 degrees.

    I made this with cream of chicken soup instead and it was very good. You could even top it with cornflakes to give it a little crunch. - 8/9/09
