Spicy Egg Salad

Ingredients
8 Hard Boiled eggs3 Heaping plops of mayo ( I used light mayo)Pinch of cayenne pepperDash of hot saucePinch of mustard powder or squirt of mustardSeason w/ salt & pepper
Directions
This should make enough for around 4 sandwiches. I also sometimes eat it topped over multigrain crackers, so as a snack there would be more servings.

I like to add the spice to the mayo before I mix it in with the hard boiled eggs.
