1.5 cups flour 1 egg white Saltpepper8 oz light keilbasadill 2 cans beef broth, or 4-5 cups water with beef bouilon or Maggie. chopped onion1 tbs olive oilgarlic
mix together flour, egg, salt, pepper (to taste) and a pinch of dill. Slowly add water until mixture it doughy, not runny.
cut the keilbasa into small peices. Half lengthwise, then each half cut into 1/3 lengthwise, then slice across.
add keilbasa to flour mixture.
bring broth to boil, in separate pan saute onion in oil then mix into broth. add dill, garlic to taste. Once at a rolling boil spoon in keilbasa dough mixture. When floating the dumplings are done.
