Black Eye Peas

Ingredients
1 small can Mild Rotel1 bag of frozen Black Eye PeasSalt Pepper2 Smoked Turkey Neck cut into quarter pieces
Directions
Boil salt and turkey necks for 5 minutes
Add black eye peas and boil for 5 minutes
Lower heat and cook for 35 minutes
Drain most of the water and add the rotel
Cook on low for an additional 15 minutes
