Ingredients
2 cups Splenda1/2 c organic milk2 tbsp sweetened cocoa8 tbsp margarine, low in saturaed fat and no trans fat1/2 tsp vanilla1/2 cup peanut butter light2 cups oats
Directions
Combine sugar, milk, cocoa, and butter in a saucepan. Bring to a boil; cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla, peanut butter and oats. Spoon with a tablespoon onto waxed papper and let cool. Cookies will be ready in about 30 minutes. Makes 26.

    These were great! So rich, 1/2 a cookie is good enough for a little while, lol. Make sure that you let the peanut butter melt all the way before adding the oats, its easier to stir that way. And if you don't have wax paper, I didn't, just use a piece of foil on a cookie sheet and spray with PAM. - 8/18/09
