Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef1 can (15 oz) pizza sauce2 cans (7.5 oz) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
In a skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink: drain. Stir in pizza sauce. Quarter biscuits; place in a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish. Top with the beef mixture.
Bake uncovered, at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Sprinkle with cheeses. Bake 5-10 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Let stand 5-10 minutes before serving.

    I made this last night, and I used lean beef, and fat free mozzerella, and I left out the chedder cheese. My whole family LOVED it, and devoured the entire pan, even my picky 9 year old niece, and even pickier 2 year old son ate it with no problems! - 8/8/09
