Ingredients
1lb Ground Turkey1 medium onion chopped1 cup of of uncooked rice1 can diced tomato1 can rotel1 can of beef broth2 cans pinto beans drained1 cup of corn1 package of chili seasonings or taco seasonings1 cup of cheese
Directions
serving size is is about 1.5 cups

First get rice started (should make two cups)

Then brown the ground turkey and onions

Add all the cans and let it simmer for 20-30 minutes

Pour cowboy soup over rice and sprinkle some cheese on top
