potato salad with helmans LIGHT MAYO

Ingredients
7 large potatoes1 cup helmans light mayo5 eggs hard boiled4 teaspoons vinegar 1 celery stalk
Directions
cut up potatoes in to bite size pieces. boil potatoes until soft enough to stick a fork in real easy. at the same time you should boil your eggs. when the potatoes and eggs are done and cool enough to touch, put the potatoes in a mixing bowl, peel and cut up the eggs, then chop up a celery stalk and add those to the bowl. along with the mayo, vinegar, mix until combined. cover bowl and put in the fridge. over night for best results.
