Crockpot Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
1 30ounce package frozen hash browns1 cup skim milk1 dozen eggs1.5 cups low fat grated cheddar cheese1/2 cup cooked turkey bacon1 cup diced green peppers1 cup diced onions1/2 tsp kosher saltblack pepper to taste
Directions
Spray crock pot (6 quart) with PAM. Put hash browns in crock pot - break up any chunks. Mix all other ingredients together and pour over hash browns. Cook on low for 8 hours (maybe a little less).
