Sun Dried Tomato Turkey Meatloaf

Ingredients
1 pound ground skinless turkey breast1/4 cup bread crumbs3 garlic cloves4 sun dried tomatos (not in oil!), diced2 eggssalt and pepper
Directions
Place sundried tomato in boiling water for about 20 minutes. Dice. Mix all ingredients and put in a loaf pan. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes.
