1 pound ground beef1 can (10-3/4 oz) condensed tomato soup1 cup salsa1/2 cup milk6 flour or 8 corn tortillas (6- to 8-inch size), cut into 1-inch pieces1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
1. Preheat the oven to 400 F. Coat a 2-quart baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat, stirring untl crumbled; drain.
3. Stir in the soup, salsa, milk, tortillas, and 1/2 cup cheese; spoon into the baking dish.
4. Cover and bake for 30 minutes, or until hot. Sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 cup cheese and serve.
