Summer Salsa

2 cups of CantaloupeHalf of an onion2 tsp of brown sugar1 can of black beans2 tbs of dried cilantroone to two teaspoons of chopped jalapeno peppers
Makes 16 1/2 cup servings
Cut up onions, cantaloupe and jalapeno peppers into tiny pieces. Put in a big bowl and stir together. Drain and rinse the black beans. Add beans. Sprinkle the cilantro and brown sugar into the bowl, and give it one last mix. Dig in!
Once you are done, be sure to refrigerate the salsa.
