14 oz Jimmy Dean, Lowfat pork sausage1 lb 4% lean ground round1 lb Lean ground Turkey1 small onion, finely chopped1 med Gala apple diced fine2 lg cloves garlic, minced1 tsp All purpose seasoning1 lg egg1/2 to 1 cup quick cooking oats4 Tbls catsup, divided in half
Just throw everything into a bowl, except half of the catsup, and mix together. Either shape one large loaf (free form) into a baking dish or divide and put into two loaf pans.
Bake at 350 for 45 min, spread the remaining catsup on top and bake for additional 10 min.
Makes 12-16 one inch slices
