large lettuce leafCarl Buddig Smoked Sliced Chicken, light and dark, 1/2 pkg.3-4 slices of cucumber, about 4" long1/4 cup fresh bean sprouts3-4 sprigs fresh cilantro1 Tbsp any bottled Nuoc Cham Vietnamese Dipping Sauce
Makes 1 roll
Place cucumber, bean sprouts and cilantro in a bowl. Pour the dressing on and mix well to coat.
Lay the lettuce leaf on a plate, place slices of meat to cover. Give the veggies in the bowl another toss, then drain out the dressing (lower carb method of getting the same flavor). Bring bottom half up and over, then the sides, and roll up. Ready to eat.
