Grilled Chicken with Penne Pasta

Directions
2 c Heartland Whole Wheat Penne (dry)2 T olive oil1/2 c chopped onion1/4 c chopped green pepper1/4 c chopped red pepper8 oz grilled chicken, cut into thin strips1/2 c chicken broth1 T fresh basil
Cook pasta according to directions. Drain.
Heat olive oil in large skillet. Cook garlic, peppers and onion until onion is translucent.
Add chicken and basil.
Cook 2 minutes.
Add chicken broth and pasta.
Toss all ingredients together.
Serve immediately in large bowl. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese evenly on top.
Makes 4 Servings of 1 1/2 cups.
