Ingredients
Lentils, 1 cup (remove)Garlic, 1 clove (remove)Salt, 1 tsp (remove)Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 cup, chopped or sliced (remove)Scallions, raw, 4 large (remove)Dill weed, fresh, .25 cup sprigs (remove)Basil, 3 tbsp (remove)Cider Vinegar, 3 tbsp (remove)Olive Oil, .25 cup (remove)Pepper, black, 2 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Bring 4 c water to boil w/ lentils, garlic & 1/2 t salt. reduce heaat & simmer until lentils are tender about 25-30 minutes.

Drain & transfer to big bowl

Add other ingredients
