Rice Pilaf Stirfry

Ingredients
Mushrooms 1 cup pieces Vegetable Broth, 2 cupsUncle Ben's Instant Whole Grain Brown Rice, 2 cup Peas, frozen, 1 cup Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 1 cup
Directions
Saute mushrooms, add vegetable broth, bring to a boil, stir in rice & peas. Reduce heat to medium low, cook 10-15 minutes or until rice is tender and broth is absorbed. Either in a seperate pan or just move rice to the side of pan, scramble egg. When egg is ccoked through, break up and stir into rice.
