Cheese Naan

Ingredients
2 cups flour (around 300 g.) + some flour for flouring the working surface -I like to use whole wheat flour 1 cup plain, lowfat yogurt 1 tbsp olive oil 1 1/2 tsp baking powder a pinch of salt 1 Cup grated Weight Watchers Reduced Calorie cheese
Directions
Mix all ingredientes in a bowl and knead until you have a smooth dough.
Let it rest for 10 minutes.
Flour the working surface, take a little ball from the dough and flatten it.
Put grated cheese in the center and fold the dough.
Roll out the dough. You must have now a really flat and thin naan.
Put this naan in a hot frying pan and cook each side for about three minutes.
Repeat.
