Vegan Macaroons

Ingredients
1 small banana6 dates1 1/2 c unsweetened coconut 2 T unsweetened cocoa powder
Directions
Mix cocoa, banana and dates in a food processor, then fold in the coconut. Use a cookie scoop to place mounds of dough on a baking sheet.

Bake at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes, then allow to cool fully. Store in refrigerator for up to five days.
