Ground Turkey Stroganoff (easy & quick)

Ingredients
1 lb Ground Turkey6 oz Egg Noodles1/2 cup Sour Cream1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup1/2 cup water1.5 tbls Chicken Bouillon1 tlbs Olive Oil1 tsp Curry Powder1 tlbs Minced Onion1 tsp Paprika (if desired)Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Brown ground turkey in olive oil. Season with salt and pepper, curry powder and paprika. Add minced onion, water, cream of mushroom soup and bouillon. Simmer until turkey is cooked through.
Meanwhile have the egg noodles cooking for 12 minutes in boiling water. Drain
When turkey is ready to serve...add sour cream and blend well.

Serve over drained egg noodles.
