Spaghetti Sauce with Ground Beef and Zucchini

Ingredients
Zucchini, 4 cup, sliced (remove)Onions, raw, 2 cup, chopped (remove)Mushrooms, canned, 1 cup (remove)Red Ripe Tomatoes, 3 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) (remove)Hunts Tomato Sauce, 2.7 cup (remove)Garlic, 4 tsp (remove)Basil, 1 tbsp (remove)Rosemary, dried, 1 tbsp (remove)Carrots, raw, 2 medium (remove)Ground beef, lean, 600 grams (remove)
Directions
Brown ground beef and then add onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, carrots garlic and zuccini. Simmer for 15 minutes and serve over your favorite pasta or spaghetti squash for a healthy option. I add 1 TBSP chili flakes sometimes when I feel like a little spice.

    There were no instructions on this recipe and for how long. I actually pre-cooked the ground beef and threw all the ingredients together and then simmer at low heat for about 30-45 minutes. Yummy!!! I also minced the garlic and finely chopped the carrots in the food processor. - 8/24/08
