3 eggs1/2 cup vegetable oil1 tsp salt1/4 tsp baking powder1tsp allspice1 cup splenda for baking2 c grated zucchini1 and 1/2 cup flour1 and 1/2 cup whole wheat flour1tsp baking soda2 tsp cinnamon2 c coarsely chopped nuts
beat eggs until light and fluffy. Add sugar, oil, zucchini, and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients. Add to mixture. Stir well until well blended. Add nuts. Pour into 2 greased 9x5x3 inch pans. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until done.
