Ingredients
Chicken:1/3 C Teriyaki Sauce1 tbsp Olive Oil1 Clove Minced Garlic20 oz Chicken Breast1. Mix first 3 ingredients in a zipper bag.2. Turn bag to coat. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.3. Cook ChickenNoodle Salad:2 Packages Ramen (any flavor)1/2 C Peanut Butter1/4 C Each Water, Vinegar, Teriyaki Sauce1/2 tsp Minced Garlic1 Cucumber2 Carrots2-3 Scallions1. Bring 4 cups water to a boil. Add ramen noodles (without season packet). Boil 3 min or until tender. Drain and rinse.2. Whisk peanut butter, water, vinegar, teriyaki sauce, and garlic until smooth. Add noodles, cucumber, carrots, and scallions. Toss to mix and coat.
