Ingredients
Graham Cracker Crust - reduced fat2 cups water1 cup sugar4 tablespoon cornstarch.3 oz box Sugar Free Strawberry JelloCool Whip lite
Directions
Boil water, sugar and cornstarch. After disolved, add jello. Let cool and add to premade graham cracker crust. Refridgerate. After set, add cool whip. Enjoy!

    i use 2 pkts. of equal or spenda instead of a cup of sugar, and i only use 2 tbsp. of cornstarch and it works just as well. i have also made a black raspberry pie the same way with raspberry jello(and i add a few drops of blue food color to darken color of the jello, it was terrific! - 7/9/09
