1 C flour1/2 tsp salt2 eggs, large - room temperature or 5 egg whites1 C milk, nonfatPam cooking spray - enough to grease pan
Preheat oven to 425.
Grease 6 tin muffin pan and place in preheated oven for 1-2 minutes.
Whisk together eggs, milk and salt. Sift flour over mixture and whisk until smooth.
Remove pan from oven and divide evenly into 6 cups. Bake for 20 minutes at 425 and rotate pan. Reduce heat to 350 and bake for additional 10 minutes until popovers are golden.
Remove from pan and cool.
Makes 6.
