mission white corn tortillas 1 serving = 2 tortillas, 1 serving Cheese, Kraft Mexican Style Taco Cheese, 0.25 cup rosarita green chile and lime NO FAT refried beans, 0.5 cup Romaine Lettuce (salad), 0.5 cup, shredded Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 ounces *Avacado-pureed, .5 cup early california black olives, 1 serving
Spray both sides of each tortilla with cooking spray and lay in single layer on cookie sheet. Bake at 400 until golden brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
Heat beans and spread a thin layer on each tortilla. Sprinke cheese on beans. Cut chicken into small pieces, heat and put half on each tortilla. Add pureed avacado, lettuce, olives and onions if you like. Add your favorite hot sauce to taste and enjoy. makes 2, 6 inch tostadas= 1 serving
