Roast Beef Sirloin with potatoes and carrots

Ingredients
4-5 lb Sirloin Beef Roast2 lbs. small red potatoes2 lbs. carrotsfresh rosemaryfresh thymelemon pepper seasoningchicago steak seasoningonion flakesgarlic powdersalt pepper1/2 c. red wine1/2 c. beef broth
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Sear roast in pan. Rub roast with olive oil and place in roasting pan. Sprinkle roast with lemon pepper, chicago seasoning and garlic powder. Sprinkle fresh tyme and rosemary to top of roast. Press seasoning into the roast.
Cover pan and place in the oven to roast for 1 hour. Meanwhile, wash and slice carrots and potatoes. Season carrots and potatoes with salt and garlic powder.
Remove roast from oven and pour red wine and broth into pan. Place potatoes and carrots around roast and sprinkle with fresh rosemary, onion flakes and pepper. Return roast to oven and cook an additional 60 minutes.
Remove roast and veggies from pan. Strain liquid into pan and thicken with flour to make a sauce.
