Terri Berry Smoothie

Ingredients
1/2 frozen banana1/3 cup frozen mixed berries1/2 cup almond milk1/2 T. flaxseeds1/4 t. vanilla1/4 cup water
Directions
Place all of the ingredients except for the water in a blender in the order listed.

Start blender on low then quickly move to highest speed. Let blend about 15 seconds then start adding water to desired consistancy. In a Vita-mix blend 30 more seconds, all other blender about 45-60 seconds.

Pour in a glass and drink with a straw and enjoy!!!
